Privacy Policy

Wolstein Medical Consulting ("WMC") provides independent physician opinions for litigation. Administrative services are provided to Wolstein Medical Consulting under a management services agreement. Staff acting under that agreement handle website inquiries on WMC's behalf and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

When you submit the referral form we collect the information you enter: attorney and firm contact details, the name and email of any paralegal or other contact you give us, the retaining side, the service requested, the case type, the jurisdiction and venue, the claimant's name, the date of loss, deadlines, the approximate volume of records, opposing counsel, a short description of the legal question, and how you heard about us. The contact form collects your name, email address, optional phone number and message.

We also record your browser's user-agent string and a one-way hash of your IP address (not the address itself) to detect abuse. We do not use advertising cookies.

Please do not include medical records, diagnoses or other medical details in the website forms. Records are exchanged only after WMC accepts a matter, through a secure channel WMC provides.

We use referral and contact information to evaluate the matter, check for conflicts, respond to you and, if WMC is engaged, administer the engagement. We do not sell personal information.

We use service providers to operate this website: Railway (hosting), Supabase (database), Resend (email delivery) and Cloudflare Turnstile (spam protection). They process information only to provide their services to WMC.

We keep referral records for as long as needed to evaluate and administer engagements and to meet legal and professional obligations, and we review them periodically to delete what is no longer needed. Contact form messages are delivered to our intake team by email and are not stored in the website's database.

Information is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access limited to authorized personnel.
