Supplemental Physician Work

Matters change after a report is delivered. New records are produced, the opposing side serves its own medical opinions, or counsel raises a new question within the original scope.

When authorized in writing, Dr. Wolstein reviews the new material and prepares an addendum or supplemental report. Work outside the original scope is quoted before it begins.

New York and New Jersey matters, and matters in other jurisdictions where permitted. Out-of-state matters are screened individually at intake.

WMC does not publish a fee schedule. Each matter is quoted in writing after its scope, records volume, deadline and jurisdiction are confirmed.
