Working with WMC

What to send, how matters are scoped and quoted, and what to expect once WMC is engaged.

What to send first

Start with the referral form. It asks for the administrative facts WMC needs to screen a matter: the parties, the jurisdiction, the deadline, the service you need and the approximate volume of records.

Please do not send medical records or medical details with the referral. Once WMC confirms scope and conflicts, you will receive a secure way to provide records.

Scope and quotes

Before accepting a matter, WMC identifies the legal question, the volume and condition of the records, any examination needed, the jurisdiction, the deliverable, exclusions and the deadline. You then receive a written quote. Unusually complex matters receive an individualized quote.

Timing

WMC acknowledges every referral within one business day. Report turnaround is agreed case by case once complete records are received.

Plaintiff and defense

WMC accepts matters from plaintiff and defense counsel and checks every matter for conflicts before accepting it.

Records

Searchable PDFs are preferred, organized chronologically where possible. WMC's staff organize and index the records and flag apparent gaps. They do not interpret medical content; that is Dr. Wolstein's work.

Testimony

When a matter requires it, Dr. Wolstein testifies about the opinions he has provided in that matter. See deposition and trial testimony.

Request a quote

Every matter is quoted individually after WMC reviews its scope. Tell us about the case and we will respond within one business day.
