Overview
When a matter requires it, Dr. Wolstein is available to testify at deposition or trial about the opinions he has provided in that matter.
Testimony is scheduled with as much notice as possible. Preparation time, attendance and any travel are addressed in writing in the engagement terms.

Fees
WMC does not publish a fee schedule. Each matter is quoted in writing after its scope, records volume, deadline and jurisdiction are confirmed.
