How an engagement works

Tell us about the matter
Send the referral form. WMC's intake team collects the administrative facts: parties, jurisdiction, deadline and the service you need.

Scope and quote
WMC checks for conflicts, confirms the questions fall within Dr. Wolstein's expertise and licensure, and sends a written quote.

Physician review
Once engaged, Dr. Wolstein reviews the records, conducts any examination and forms his own opinions.

Report delivered
You receive a signed physician report on the timetable agreed for the matter.
Independent by design
Opinions follow the evidence. WMC's fees never depend on the outcome of a case, and Dr. Wolstein does not agree to reach a particular conclusion before reviewing the evidence. WMC accepts matters from plaintiff and defense counsel.

Independent medical examinations are performed in New York and New Jersey. Record reviews and future-care assessments are available for New York and New Jersey matters, and for matters in other jurisdictions where permitted.
