An in-person physician examination with a written report, for matters in New York and New Jersey only.
Overview
An independent medical examination (IME) is an in-person evaluation by a physician who is not the examinee's treating provider. Dr. Wolstein reviews the relevant records, conducts the examination and prepares a written report that addresses the questions counsel defines.
WMC performs IMEs in New York and New Jersey only. For a matter elsewhere, a record review may be an alternative; ask when you refer the case.
WMC's staff schedule the examination, confirm the examinee's arrangements and make sure the relevant records are in hand before the examination date.

Fees
WMC does not publish a fee schedule. Each matter is quoted in writing after its scope, records volume, deadline and jurisdiction are confirmed.
